The project Europe Plural Femenine (EPF),‘Salud Mental y Empleo: Desmontando Estereotipos y Rompiendo Barreras’ (Mental Health and Employment: Debunking Stereotypes and Breaking Down Barriers), co-funded by the European Union, addresses the relationship between mental health, inclusion in the workplace and gender equality, promoting the overcoming of stereotypes and barriers that hinder women’s full participation in the labour market.

RP Leader took part in the 14th local meeting, organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS) in collaboration with Solidaridad Sin Fronteras (SSF), giving a speech on ‘Revictimisation in the workplace of women who have suffered violence, protocols and communication activities within companies’.

The paper aimed to explore the issue of revictimisation in the workplace experienced by women who have survived violence, analysing the factors that may contribute to perpetuating situations of vulnerability, discrimination or stigmatisation.

Special attention has been dedicated to the role of internal communication, prevention, training and protocols within companies, with a view to ensuring safe, inclusive and respectful working environments that safeguard the rights, dignity and well-being of female workers.

RP Leader’s participation reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and to promoting a corporate culture free from stereotypes and discrimination.
