Our History
RP Leader
was founded in Italy in 2004 as a communications agency specialising in the planning, organising and managing of institutional, commercial, political and cultural events.
In 2007, Roberta Sciacca, Founder and Managing Director, consolidated the company's structure by putting together a team of qualified professionals and expanded the range of services to include consultancy and communications management for businesses, organisations, associations and professionals.
We have carried out projects for organisations such as Invitalia and the Sicilian Regional Government, and have supported many public and private organisations in defining and developing their strategies.
At the same time, we have developed partnerships with leading professional associations in the sector, including Ferpi, Dircom and Global Alliance, thereby consolidating our positioning in the world of national and international communications.
In 2009, La Terza Idea was founded as a non-profit organisation through which projects have been developed addressing gender-based violence, youth issues, the right to information and the fight against discrimination.
This commitment continues today through a section of RP Leader specifically dedicated to awareness-raising initiatives, with the aim of helping to build a more informed and inclusive society.
Over the years, we have built up partnerships and networks with key figures in the worlds of communications and the public sector, which have enabled us to reach an international audience.
Since 2019, RP Leader has been active in both Italy and Spain, acting as a bridge between the two countries, that supports internationalisation processes, institutional relations and the development of new opportunities.
